The Condominium Homes

The 80 condominiums, spread across 10 two-story buildings, are each two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes including a den, screened lanai, and private garage.

Four buildings completed in 2019 surround the cul-de-sac on Cicerone Street. Six buildings completed between late 2020 and early 2022 surround the cul-de-sac on Osorio Court.

Some rental restrictions apply to owners. The association and management do not lease or manage individual units.
