The Condo Owners Association

Garden Homes at Esplanade Palmer Ranch Condominium Association, Inc., represents the interests of its members, the owners of the 80 single-family residential condominiums within the Esplanade on Palmer Ranch community in Sarasota, Florida. Its work focuses on managing the commonly-owned property of the condo association.


Called the "Neighborhood Association" in its governing documents (and more casually called the condo association), all members agree upon purchase to be governed by the condo association's Declaration of Condominium, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Amendments, and Rules and Regulations.


In addition, the condo association and its members are subject to the governing documents of Esplanade on Palmer Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc. (the "Community Association" or HOA) and Palmer Ranch Master Property Owners Association, Inc.


The Board of Directors for the condo association consists of five members. Currently they are President Susan Butler, Vice President & Secretary Tamara Saucier, Second Vice President Bill Houlmont, Treasurer Heath Forster, and Director Nancy Cieslinksi. An additional elected officer serving as Assistant Secretary is Bridget Spence.


The condo association is professionally managed by Casey Condominium Management LLC.


The association and its management are not property managers for individual units and are not leasing agents for individual units.


Garden Homes at Esplanade Palmer Ranch Condominium Association, Inc., is a not-for-profit corporation governed by Florida law.
